Please take notice that the proposed Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy was tentatively approved as presented by the Board of Directors on September 26, 2024, to be presented to the membership for a 28-day review and comment period before officially being adopted at the November 21, 2024 open session board meeting.
The proposed policy can be found on the Associations website at ranchocommunity.com and in the homeowner portal under documents.
Purpose: The purpose of the proposed policy is to protect against unlawful discrimination and workplace harassment at Rancho Highlands Community Association.
Effect: If adopted by the Board, this Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment Policy will be implemented by the Association’s Board of Directors and management.
You may offer written comments regarding the proposed policy to the Board by submitting the same in care of the management company by November 13, 2024. You may also attend the Board of Directors' open meeting scheduled for November 21, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at Avalon Management – 43529 Ridge Park Drive, Temecula, CA 92590.
