Rancho Highlands is a premiere collection of 408 homes located in the rolling hills of Temecula California. The common amenities include; swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, basketballs courts, two parks with tot-lots and picnic tables.
In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by a variety of active committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company. Rancho Highlands welcomes you to our home! |
