The Board of Directors and Avalon Management would like to thank all of the homeowners who participated in the 2013 Annual Meeting of the Membership and Board of Directors Election by casting your ballot or attending the meeting. At the Adjourned Annual meeting held August 1, 2013 the reduced quorum requirement was met and you elected five of the ten great candidates to the Board of Directors. The inspector of election, HOA Elections of California, Inc., was present at the Adjourned Annual meeting and announced the results of the election and number of votes received:
