The Board of Directors invites you to tomorrow’s Board meeting (8/25/2016) scheduled for 7:00 P.M. in Avalon’s Temecula office. Tom Garcia, City of Temecula’s Director of Public Works/City Engineer will be present to discuss city maintained landscaping surrounding our community. Rancho Highlands member feedback and suggestions are an important part of this meeting and your attendance is encouraged.

They will also be posted in the common area at the bulletin board near the pool entry as per Civil Code. All homeowners are welcome to the General Session Meetings.

The Annual Meeting of the Members is scheduled for September 22, 2016. There are five seats open. We need candidates to place on the Ballot. We also have committees that lack participants. You may download an application here. Board member applications must reach Avalon Management by noon, August 15, 2016. |
