The Board of Directors has been working diligently to improve the recreation facility for its members. As part of the plan for 2016, the Board is replacing the concrete pool deck that is in a state of disrepair. In effort to complete the replacement before Summer, construction commenced in April.
The pool deck will be replaced beginning on April 29, 2016 and last through the beginning of June. Please note the pool, spa, wading pool and restrooms will be inaccessible during the duration of the project. Our contractor will be working diligently to finish the pool deck replacement in a timely fashion so residents can begin to enjoy the pool as soon as possible. We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience this may cause.
Please keep out of the pool area and any areas affected by the construction for the safety of members, residents and guests.
